Each year, the Division of Federal Programs honors Title I schools making AYP for two or more consecutive years. For the 2012-13 school year, we have selected 113 Title I schools to be named Distinguished Schools based on that criterion, along with one or more of the following criteria:
- The school is among the list of top 25 performers in Reading or Math, based on the percentage of students scoring Advanced and Proficient in the All Students category of the 2011-12 PSSA; or,
- Students tested in one or more of the measured subgroups in the 2011-12 PSSA meet performance criteria as described in the table below:
