EdNA (Education Names and Addresses) can be used to find name, address, administrator, and related information about the educational entities that PDE serves. These entities include school districts and their schools, intermediate units, area vocational technical schools, charter schools, nonpublic and private schools, higher education institutions, and many more.

About EdNA
The Education Names and Addresses Version 2 (EdNA v.2) is an online application that will be used by local education agencies (LEAs) and public schools to update educational entities' names, addresses and related information.
Special Note for Public LEAs:
School districts, IUs, AVTSs, special program jointures, and most charter schools have already established initial ePDE security for other applications. These LEAs already have an ePDE security administrator, and so any new EdNA v.2 approvers and users can be registered and approved online.
PDE will not process initial security spreadsheets for any LEA that currently has an ePDE security administrator assigned. Instead, the ePDE security administrator can add the role of EdNA v.2 security approver to any existing user who is an ePDE security administrator, security approver, or application user for the LEA. This can be done using the "Perform Administrative Functions" link on the ePDE welcome page. Following the instructions shown on the web page, the security administrator should:
Select an existing LEA user
Select the "Edit Security Profile" option
Assign the EdNA v.2 Approver role to the selected user
After an EdNA v.2 security approver is designated, other EdNA v.2 users can register and be approved using the procedures in Appendix B.
New users should refer to steps 2 and 3 of Appendix A for procedures on setting up a PA PowerPort UserID, which is required before registering to use EdNA v.2.
Any questions about online ePDE security registration or administrative functions can be directed to the Web Portal Help Desk at 717-783-6686, or e-mailed to
ra-edna-admin@pa.gov. When e-mailing, be sure to include your Administrative Unit Number (AUN) and name.
